Alarms they can hear. A button they will actually wear. A door family can open without a key under the mat.
Our promise
Five things you can hold us to, in plain words. If we miss one, tell us.

Every device, the install and any monthly fee, before anyone drills a hole.
We favour equipment you own and can keep if you change service. If something only works with one company, we say so up front.
We never close on the spot. If what you have already works, we tell you.
Every call, text and form gets an answer from a real person, not a bot.
Camera footage is yours. You decide who sees it.
Each package is a starting point. Add or remove anything. Your price comes in writing after one free consultation.

Clear pricing, quoted in your home. It depends on your home: a condo with one door needs far less than a detached house with a basement walk-out. You get a written, itemized quote before anything is installed, listing every device, the installation cost and any monthly fee. If you don't go ahead, you owe nothing.
Every term is in the written quote before you sign: monthly fee if any, contract length, and what happens if you move or cancel. If a term is not in writing, it does not apply. Ask us to walk you through it line by line.
We go through your home in person or by video call. We look at entry points, smoke and CO alarm ages and locations, Wi-Fi coverage where cameras would go, and who lives there. You get a recommendation and a written quote. We do not sell on the spot.
That depends on the plan you choose, and we explain each option before you decide. With professional monitoring, trained operators receive the alarm and follow the response plan you set. With self-monitoring, alerts go to the phones of the people you choose. Either way, you decide who is contacted and in what order.
Panels and communicators include backup batteries. For alarms that must get through, we recommend a cellular communicator rather than Wi-Fi alone. Cameras generally need power and internet to stream; some can record locally during an outage. We tell you exactly what stops working in an outage before you buy.
Yes. A keypad by the door and a wearable help button work without any app. Family members can receive alerts on their own phones.
Usually. Most devices are wireless and come off without damage. Get your landlord's approval for anything that changes a lock or uses screws. In Ontario, landlords are responsible for smoke and CO alarms in rental units.
